Studies in Philosophy and German language and literature at the University of Graz (Austria); Magister philosophiae in 1991. Studies in Cognitive Sciences at the University in Buffalo (USA), Research works at the University in Munich (Germany), Sofia (Bulgaria), the Graduate Center at the City of New York University and the University of California in Berkeley (USA); Doctor philosophiae in 1997. The title of the thesis is: Indexicality as the basis of the subsymbolic-reflexive structure of the mind. Teaching at the University of Graz, the Universidad Complutense in Madrid; publications and lectures in philosophy of mind, philosophy of language, epistemology, cognitive sciences, theory of sciences and metaphysics. The main research topics are Philosophy of mind, Philosophy of Language, Theory of Sciences, and The paradigm of Transdisciplinarity. In the year 2004 she founded the scientific association indexicals – Centre of transdisciplinary cognitive and state-system sciences and of which she is the scientific head and president of.
