THE PROBLEM OF SYSTEMATIC MANIPULATION IN AUSTRIAN INSTITUTIONS OF SCIENCE AND LAW

by Josephine Papst

Abstract

After an investigation of the social phenomenon of systematic manipulation as a strong means of coercion, blackmailing, and fraud in the first part of this work, there will be described an actual case of systematic manipulation in Austrian institutions of science and law in the second part. The third part contains an analysis of the false statutory declaration that the responsible lawyer refused to let the criminal court investigate, and which the judges took to be correct information on which they grounded an obviously false decision. Part three is written in German, because it would have taken too much time to provide an English translation of the original statements and documents.
